- SAARC authors: $20

Technical Program Committee Chair approval required for substitute presenter

- Approval based on circumstances
Publication Policy
Publication Requirement:
Authors must present their papers during IRC2025 conference dates
⚠️ Critical: Papers whose authors cannot present will be removed from conference proceedings and will NOT be eligible for indexing.
